Our head office, warehousing, and customer support are all right here in Tauranga,
with sales offices also in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. We offer after-sales
services through our New Zealand help desk and a nationwide network of authorised
technical service providers.

Help desk
Brother is the only print brand in New Zealand to have a locally based, 0800 help
desk which operates 7 days a week.

We stand behind that knowledge with a 4-year onsite warranty commitment, unrivalled
by other print brands. If we can’t solve your problem over the phone, we’ll send
an approved Brother Service Technician to repair your machine – free of charge.

Brother has had a presence in the New Zealand market for over 50 years. In the past
50 years, we have grown to be the leading providers of print and imaging equipment,
sewing machines and labelling hardware in New Zealand.
Originally founded over 100 years ago in Nagoya Japan, Brother started as a small
company which sold and repaired sewing machines. Today, it is a diversified multinational
corporation with 19 production facilities and 43 sales companies operating in 41
countries throughout the world.
